PROSTOR - the first Regulated by RICS firm in BiH
After becoming the first firm to adopt the RICS Real Estate and Agency Brokerage Standards (REABS) as best practice for all our brokerage departments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, PROSTOR from November 2016 proudly bears designation Regulated by RICS, as the first firm in BiH and one of a very firms in the region.
The RICS global ethical and professional standards provide best practice guidance for real estate professionals internationally. Their purpose is to ensure that clients receive objective advice, delivered in a ethical and professional manner that is consistent with internationally recognized standards. The REABS standards set a framework for best practice in the execution and delivery of professional Real Estate Agency Services, subject to local legislative requirements and local market specifics.
