Adaptation diary - week five :)

Converting a two-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom apartment, Dobrinja

Fifth, and at the same time last week, began with the bringing of the panel furniture. A huge amount of carpentry has blocked the passage in the rooms. Everything was assembled earlier in the workshop, now it just needs to be assembled into a functional unit. Somehow, at the same time, electrical appliances for the kitchen have arrived, just enough to put an additional burden on our hard-working craftsmen.

The kitchen, all the cabinets and other elements were assembled within two days. It is easy when you have a team of craftsmen who have been tested so  many times. Just as they finished, the parquet workers came to install the final white moldings. Now everything was ready for the last hand of the painter. Truth be told, this time there won't be a lot of alterations, so we expect it to take a maximum of one working day.

And it was like that. On Thursday morning we were gathered by a painted property that really needed a thorough cleaning.Due to the appointment already booked earlier, the cleaning started on time, that morning. While the hardworking hands gave the final shine to our apartment, we were shopping during that time - decorations, tablecloths, carpets, blinds and everything that makes an apartment a home.Of course, the future owner will do it in more detail than us, but it's enough for a start :)

The last day of the working week was reserved for the delivery of furniture (corner sofa, dining table, chairs, bedroom).Considering the small dimensions of the elevator, bringing in and assembling it took almost a whole day, but in the end everything was done, just as we had planned.

It is a nice feeling to know that you have successfully adapted another property. All the discomforts you had during the adaptation will be forgotten at that moment and become completely irrelevant.

Now we just have to wait for the future owner to enjoy his home.
